The reason those thoughts pop up while your masturbating is because they are the things you hate the most, your ocd takes the things that you abhor the most and makes you believe that's what you are. When those thought come into your mind instead of freaking out and feeling guilt just take a deep breath and realize that they are only thoughts, just because you thought something does not mean you are that. Even if you think you got some sort of pleasure from those thoughts like I used to think, just realize that it is your ocd trying to trick you into feeling guilty. The more you trip over those thoughts the more power you give them, don't try to force them out of your mind with compulsions, just calmly let them run there course and let them go. I know this is easier said then done I am still working on this myself, just always remember that the fact that the ocd is choosing those thoughts to throw at you means that those are things that you hate and would never do!

@Anonymous Well, it never feels like in the beginning. It just happens like I guess in the middle or like I don’t know like I never start like going to them and be like yeah this is what I’m gonna do but it just happens. I don’t know if that makes sense and that’s what scares me the most like when I’m already in a like vulnerable state and it makes me feel like I’m moving in response to the thoughts and then I immediately panic. It’s such a horrible feeling like I’ve been in a really bad episode for many weeks now.

@andrea_sam730 Yeah because it feels like you are activity doing it to the thoughts I hate that for me it feels like In the beginning it probably wasn't but my thoughts doubt myself

@Anonymous Yeah, it’s probably your OCD like messing with you like a lot of people experience similar to the same thing that we are facing but for me I just feel like I am the biggest exception like everyone else is good

@Anonymous It just feels terrible n scary 😭 like I acted on my thoughts. Oh, and then I try to remember my intrusive thoughts, but I can never remember them and also I never get this spirit when I intentionally think of like things that I want to think you know it’s only in the context of intrusive thoughts, which I find so funny ☠️

Yes man like I have a thought about something like pocd and it could dominate my mind while I'm jerking off the point where it's like it's the only thing my mind is thinking I like my mind just think it's very scary and I feel like you're breaking off to it or you're getting off to it

@Anonymous Yes like I’m still like struggling after months to have this obsession and it’s like for me I guess cause it’s a new obsession. I’ve never dealt this before. I cannot stress it enough and I just cannot seem like I feel like it’s all my fault like I don’t think it’s OCD at this point anymore.

When I masturbate if I'm not using any material, my thoughts all of a sudden get intrusive after I finish. When I use material there were some times were I had fun with the material I used until I saw something fucked up along the way or at least I think I have. Trying to not ruminate on it. False memories intrude too

I even get shitty thoughts like these when I don't masturbate and come across inappropriate shit that makes me uncomfortable whether on youtube or other social sites. It sucks
