If it makes you feel better I’m a teenage girl with pocd and I’m going through the same thing. I just started erp and it’s terrifying. This theme can be very traumatic. Every day I feel like an evil disgusting person but you have to remember that recovery is possible. You may doubt that you have ocd too but remember that that’s just another symptom. And I urge you to open up to your therapist, they will understand that your thoughts and fears are ocd and it’s also their job not to judge you. No matter how disturbing a thought is it’s just a thought. Right now you seem to be doing really intense exposures so it’s only natural that you’d be so distressed and anxious right now. You will get relief soon but you need to stay strong and keep working on your erp.
