I have not engaged sexually with anyone yet, and when I think about it, I always worry that I'll not enjoy it with a man. Ocd acts like that. It doesn't have to be like that. I mean, there are many people who also don't experience sex like that, for what I've heard. Sometimes a lot of foreplay is required, and even then a lot can play into getting wet, like being calm and relaxed. Mental disorders, like ocd, can make it hard to relax fully, because something else may always at the back of your mind. Don't worry too much about it. Don't put too much thought into it. In the end, it's ocd that is feeding these doubts.

thank you very much for all your help. i need to understand i have 4 other anxiety disorders and bpd and having these things will affect everything even sex.

i think it would only be worrying if you’re “wetter” at the idea of being with women than with men. if you’re just not a natural super sexual person, that’s okay!

@doloresguppies no it’s okay don’t worry. that’s one reason i think i’m bi but don’t be sorry you didn’t mean to. i crave to be dripping wet for my boyfriend and when it doesn’t happen it makes me sad but i get more arousrd at the idea of having sex with a woman and i’ve learned to live with it.
