CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I’m having a very very tough night. A movie I’m watching has a lot of sexual scenes. And this one I’m watching had a porno movie where a man was slowly removing a woman’s underwear and I got super turned on and for some reason in that moment I thought oh I want to see her vagina and now I’m freaking out that that’s why I was so aroused like I wouldn’t feel that way with a man. I’m so afraid.

It just scares me. What if it’s the woman alone, like you only saw the man’s hands

I think at the end of the day - just have the confidence to know who you are - I try to tell my daughter the same thing because she gets triggered by pretty girls out there who have their boobs and butts out in the open and then the social media nonsense ... and my daughter holds herself guilty for looking at these pretty girls ... but I tell her it’s ok I did the same thing when I was younger ...like sexuality in women just cannot be black and white it just cannot and any woman who says it is is lying ... there truly has to be some gray in there ... whether in thoughts or whatever... but yes we can’t have ocd about it that’s the key to success

@rachel1219 Thank you for this. It’s just hard when I feel like I view women as sexual objects and then want to be that way toward men, but I know we are totally societally programmed this way

@rachel1219 Like women look At women (top to bottom)- whether it’s a nice ass, jealousy , etc. I had gone on a girls trip in 2019 to Mexico and we went to a club ... there were more women there than men - so we danced with the women ... no biggie ... came back home to our husbands ... end of story ....

@Anonymous I don’t know . I honestly don’t know. She keeps saying she has intrusive thoughts of her friend that came out as gay and then she says she has thoughts of coming out too. It’s messed up. She thinks about this all day long. Meanwhile crushing on a boy. I don’t understand. It’s shitty but we have to get through it

I didn’t make this clear but it was a regular movie, I had no clue there would be a scene involving pornography so I was caught completely off guard
