if its an obssesive thought it def is a ROCD thought. i constantly get thoughts not truly loving my boyfriend and have doubt and at times i wonder if i’d be “ better off” without him but its all anxiety/ROCD and most of all self sabotage. i have learned that ROCD and OCD in general attaches itself to the stuff we care for most or things we wouldn’t even think of doing. i suggest since u do live together try and take time for urself. “ you time” is extremely important im relationships. I also learned that instead of distancing urself from ur parenter with ROCD u should try to get closer to them and “ bond” more . our ROCD/OCD thoughts always seem to be very real and i myself think to myself ALOT “ is this rlly my thought” “ do i rlly feel like this “ “ what if i do”. ur mind is simply playing tricks on you. the more you feed into it the more real the thoughts will feel.

@steph also googling stuff is def a compulsion. sounds like OCD!

Thank you! 🙌🏼 Appreciate the insight. Even if we are heading towards a breakup for legitimate reasons, I’m certain this isn’t a healthy way to be feeling.
