Its best not push but better to drown them out with other thoughts or with people. If you have friends, talk to them. If you dont, download discord and make friends in servers about things you like. Never push, it loves it when you push because it grows the more scared and anxiety filled you get. Im not diagnosed with anything either that why I dont like to call it ocd but do the fact that im fairly sure I have Tourettes (also not diagnosed with but do I really need to, its obvious) and tourrets give you ocd symptoms and the fact that I have all the same symptoms as people on here and I can say I have something very very similar. You seem to have the same thing. You’ll be alright. I cant reasure you because that apart of the cycle and that will make it worse. Dont try to reasure yourself, drown it out. I watched this movie called the endless, this experience is kind of like that movie. A ever lasting loop. And about it getting better, do try to think about that. Try to get therapy if you can afford it (this is why I think healthcare should be free, so many people need help) and do mental task. The more preoccupied you are mentaly the better. When ever you get a thought, drown it dont push. When ever you see something that triggers it, skip it or try not pay attention to it and push. Maybe even joke around with yourself. Dont ever take yourseld seriously and dont think to much.

Can you give me the name of a discord channel or how to go about finding them?

@JBC94 You go on the internet and look up a specific thing like gaming or another hobbies and then put server at the end of that. So like “gaming discord servers” or “book club discord servers severs” and put that into google. My discord servers are politcal or exclusive, and mine has noone in there, so i dont know if you want that. There is a discord server dor everything tho.
