Remember that life begins on the other side of fear! I know ERP is scary.. it used to scare the shit out of me. I used to think I was using OCD as an excuse for my thoughts. The best thing you can do is to stop trying to run away from your thoughts, stop trying to stop them because thatās what is going to make them pop up more. Resistance is fuel for OCD. Embrace the thoughts and practice agreeing with them in a sarcastic way. I do not take medication but if you are open to natural alternatives I would recommend microdosing magic mushrooms. Thatās what Iāve been doing for about a month and it has helped me out so much. I also take vitamins because I read that vitamin deficiency can cause anxiety to spike. I take B12, vitamin D, ashwaganda, 5HTP and folate. I hope this helps

Hello! Iām so sorry youāre going through this. I went to through something very similar to this. I promise you with ERP it does get better. Put in all your effort and you will overcome this. I know itās hard when OCD and depression combine but youāre stronger than you think! I donāt know if you relate but my anxiety is worst when I wake up. By creating a routine as soon as I wake up, Iāve been able to feel much better. I wake up and immediately get up and go for a walk around my neighborhood. I donāt give myself the time to stay in bed to think. Then I meditate and then I make myself breakfast. I wish you the best and Iām sending you strength and positivity ā¤ļø you will beat this!

I am very very scared to do ERP I cannot imagine doing all those exposures and I am afraid It will make me believe the thoughts or accept them not in a good way... did you deal with that? Also what helps you to get from the thoughts the best? Bc when I am watching a video I feel bad and I cannot stop thinking. Only of Its a video on ROCD then I calm down... which I think is a compulsion... maybe you have more advices? I really need help... did you take medication? I started to but it seems like I feel worse... When I was depressed I did feel like shit in the morning, like my worst.. now it began happening again
