i honestly think i should wait for my ocd to get better before i experiment because right now it feels like a compulsion and i read a story on here that this girl waited before she experimented.

Still probably a good idea to wait but also OCD isn’t going to leave, remember it’s forever apart of you just the symptoms will be a bit less

what do you mean do it? i’m not experimenting but i feel like there’s actual curiosity attached

@holley If there’s actually curiosity then I don’t think that’s an issue. If you’re doing it bc you’re like I need to know I want to know then no. But if you like this girl turns me on I want to do things with a girl, I want to try and see then that’s safe to say it’s probably fine

@holley We always think that unfortunately. It’s kind of how I have seen people tell you does it really mean you want to be with a girl just bc you’ve been turned on by a female body? Why can’t it just mean that you’re turned on? Or can it mean both... lord who even knows! PLEASE don’t do something you don’t want to do especially if your mind isn’t clear. And especially don’t do something I say is okay or normal bc I’m not a therapist I’m just trying to be a friend

@Justmesadly i know for sure i don’t want to be in a relationship with a girl but the idea of experimenting turns me on. and you’re right sometimes we don’t know the answers 🤷🏻‍♀️.

@Ope absolutely! do you think that means i’m bi? do straight girls even want to experiment bc i’m not sexually attracted to girls i’ve only been sexually attracted to one and i didn’t feel comfortable doing anything but giving her a peck

@holley Being in a relationship is not the same thing as wanting to have sex with someone. My experience is nothing like this so that’s all I can really say

@holley Saying that you want to have a 3 some with a girl and that you want to experiment doesn’t sound like you are uncomfortable by doing something? I think you are contradicting yourself with things that only you can know and no one else Can tell you or decide for you.

@Ope @holley 2 people with OCD are live on YouTube answering questions. These are my favorite to watch to understand that so many people are experiencing the exact same thing.

@Justmesadly i am actually working on getting therapy thru NOCD ! so that’s exciting. i was diagnosed with ocd so i know i have it it’s just like you said. the contradiction is really. holding me back

@holley Well the therapist won’t tell you and answer but they can help! I’m glad you are working towards it! My therapist is incredible on here
