Hocd sufferers out there ?

your desire and attraction will come back with time. The more you yearn for it and want it back, the less it will be there. Let it be there or not without judgement. And remember, OCD feels as real as it can get, if it didn’t it wouldn’t be a disorder.

I know it's hard bro. I'm having bit of an up and down day myself. The only thing I can tell you is to try to go about your business. The thoughts being there is gonna happen anyway so might as well get on with it day. Just remember, ur not alone bro.

I fear that too. At this point it does feel like it will last forever. The false attraction and loss of attraction has been killing me lately. This morning I woke up worrying about the fact that I've stopped watching movies because of loss of attraction but also I get triggered anytime anyone mentions girlfriends, wives, or having a family (wife n kids) because I dont and I'm going through this. I hate this fucking crap. It's clearly HOCD but I just doubt that it is. Have the gyms opened in London?

Join the club. Everything makes me feel like I turned. After gym which triggered me off of some bullshit and of course hot chicks all around but no feeling, I did my exposures. Little bit of anxiety but not enough to really trigger. But the moment I start work, i get triggered by my coworker (I hate mask wearing because then I have to look in people's eyes when I talk), a dude across the street (and the more you avoid the worse it feels but if you check it fucked) and loss of attraction. It's like I have the ability to beat this and I feel physically better but it's still impossible to beat.

@Jbm421 I know how you feel. I went out earlier and i was trying not to look at chicks to much although i couldnt feel anything at all really i feel anxious about not feeling anything and it feels like im attracted to every man i see

@Ihateocd83 Dude I'll never forget years ago about like a year or two after this first started, I had gotten so bad that I was house ridden and I was genuinely afraid to go outside and I did I was shaking anytime a dude would pass me for fear of looking at the guy and turning. This shit dont make sense.
