This has happened to me and I lived happy 8-9 months I think without OCD thoughts, until my new theme appeared

It may not be gone it might still always be there in a sense but maybe you can just handle it better and deal with it and it doesnโt affect you as much which means you made so much progress you should be proud of yourself!!

Sometimes the symptoms just lessen by eating more healthily, seeing people, going outside, doing sports, taking vitamins, getting a good night sleep and rest, staying productive no matter what. Those are all things which are hard to do when you have OCD, but doing that anyway helps a ton.

@Daria Alexandrovna How long did it usually take? Some days if I exercise I will feel great sometimes afterwards I feel worse. Its hard to explain.

@Kls2121 If you do everything from the list you just generally start feeling better, and it's okay to still have days when it feels worse, if doesn't mean things aren't improving. But this all depends on the severity of your OCD, as incase it's mild and you haven't developed depression to go alongside with it, you can combat it without therapyq or meds I believe, for me I get better depending on the time of the month. My previous themes weren't as severe so now they don't bother me at all. But my current theme is connected with depression and generally with a really important person in my life so I think that those things would help me to feel better but not go into remission for sure.

@Daria Alexandrovna Hmmm...thats interesting. Sometimes my ocd isn't all that bad either. I never had panicattacks till recently. Its like if my mind is blank I go into panic mode. Its like my mind has to worry about something. Its so weird. I dont wanna get in your personal business but if your ocd is getting worse because a certain person, can you talk to them?

@Kls2121 I meant that my OCD is centred around my partner, that's why this theme is on-going, I can't delete him from my life and I don't want to, Relationship OCD gets in the way of my happiness

@Overcomer I didn't take any but Omega 3 is really good, other vitamins should be prescribed by a doctor
