Yeah that happens, they are call urges, they might feel like you just want to say something or do something, but in reality, even if you do you won’t be feeling any better. Just stay strong, try to disregard your thoughts, and It will be better with time. Wish you the best!

@Ihateocd83 I know :( it sucks. Let me share my story, maybe it helps. When I was in college I used to work out in the school gym every week, and there was this guy who was always there. I thought he was nice, and I was obsessed with the idea that I like him and I wanted to be with him. I couldn’t stop watching him and felling anxious. With time I started to recover, and when I looked at that guy again I couldn’t understand why I thought I like him, he was not even handsome! Hahaha I spent all that time focusing on that thought and then I realize it was just a lie my ocd was making me believe. So I know how you’re feeling, but just choose to ignore the thoughts and feelings, I promise it will make sense in the future :)

No I wasn’t, I just had this obsesive idea I was, I just couldn’t see it at the moment, I just realize after when I started to recover. I still have HOCD but us getting better everyday thanks to the therapist and hard work.

Yes I know, that happens, they feel real, and also your attraction to the opposite sex might be low, it happened to me as well, but now it came back, it’s just anxiety and fear that your body is feeling. I really recommend you to start seeing a therapist, it will all make sense later when you work your ocd, I promised!! Just disregard the thoughts of you thinking it’s real atrraction, just try, even if you don’t believe it’s true, give it a try to disregard those thoughts and see what happens in a couple of weeks.

I have just finished therapy on here. But I just don't want the thoughts there at all. It feels like I'm going to have to give women up and go gay but I don't want that. But I can't get the lust and desire back 😔

@danielwarwick I had all 6 sessions and then 6 half hour sessions. I think I'm better than I was. But I feel like I'm faking attraction to women sometimes and I'm in denial because I feel attracted to men and think about them. I don't want that but I know I can't stop it
