I’m experiencing that feeling right now. They say not to try and stop the thoughts, but just sit with how it makes you feel & accept the discomfort. But I’m tired of feeling so on edge.
Ugh same. Like I've been stressed about other stuff all day, but I guess it has to get worse before it gets better, right?
