Shit,  I do not I  started to do some ERP exposures by myself. And yesterday I think everything was really cool, but now, tonight, I think I got a step back. XS get a therapist, guys. Do not do this by yourself.

No, but OCD affects in different ways. So don't worry, if you don't know, it is the OCD. 

@mike7777 Also my best advice when you have this thing is just ignore it or say yeah maybe. Stay in grey zone.
