I want to put something positive on here, I joined a support session today it was my 4th time in that actually group and something I said had helped a few people over their past week when they had been struggling. It made me feel all warm inside. What I said was I was driving to work and suddenly I spoke to my OCD and said right throw what you want at me, each time a thought came I said you can do better than that, or nope had that one before, then you can't come up with something new can you because you are what's in my head already and I haven't given you any amunition.
