Sometimes I get thoughts like I have heterosexual ocd and not homosexual ocd. Does anyone relate?

You can have scary obsessive thoughts about anything. NOCD call it Sexual Orientation OCD not HOCD (Homosexual OCD) because it can be anything about your sexual orientation. Some gay people worry about being straight. Some straight people worry about being gay. Some straight people worry about being straight, some gay people worry about being gay. Obsession can ba about absolutely anything which threatens your values and how you see yourself.
