please help i'm kinda freaking out right now
When this happens to me I use ERP. I tell myself these thoughts are coming from my ocd. I have to sit with the uncomfortable feelings and try not to work it out If I get a terrifying thought I actually say this is an obsessive thought so go away. I usually swear at that point My mind begins calm This could take a while but after doing this exercise I became less anxious physically and my brain calmed down Good luck
