i just got back from 4 days away with my bf and i’m scared. when he would kiss me i wouldn’t get wet and i don’t think i throbbed yk. i often got intrusive thoughts when i was out about liking the girls i saw and id feel disgusting and upset then i’d hug my bf and feel so much better. i’m scared that the lack of being wet and throbbing is proof i am gay.

It’s exactly the same for everyone suffering with SOOCD, trust me. I know the feeling. I’m a man I don’t get aroused at all sometimes, even when I’m with a girl that I’m intimate with. It’s because you really want it to happen, it doesn’t. The less you care, the better it is.

@immagiveup35 Yeah not caring is good advice, seriously I stopped caring as much and my attraction to women came back pretty much 100%
