Agree with your thoughts. Think about it. People have thoughts and feelings everyday and they don’t let it consume them. You have ocd. No matter what you are.
This definitely happened to me. My advice: don’t avoid her. I straight up avoided a friend for three weeks because I was scared I had a crush on her. Not only is avoidance a compulsion, but it’s also bad for your friendship. Stay strong!!!
