Think I kind of get the same thing x
I’m dealing with the same thing, but with different thoughts. I think my brain is becoming less sensitive to certain intrusive thoughts I have. Some still distress me a lot, but some are giving me less anxiety, which is also scary since they make my thoughts feel more real.
Thank you for sharing! It's like the better it gets, the worse it gets (if that makes any sense)
