i have those too sometimes, they can come from anxiety. sometimes the muscles become strained from prolonged stiffness from being anxious. it’s hard not to panic when our bodies feel unusual things, but i can assure you i’ve had pains in my left side a lot due to anxiety. just try & relax the mind by doing guided breathing exercises on youtube & calming the mind.
