Don’t let your ocd get in the way of something you really want to do! If it helps, you could talk to your boyfriend about it and you both could do something that makes you feel better. But either way, it’s best to sit with these thoughts until you can shrug them off as just ocd. It’s very hard, but it gets easier.
The thoughts just seem so real and then i start to even question if it’s ocd or not….the vicious cycle ! Lol
@Anonymous Don’t worry, it’s 100% ocd. It loves to make itself feel real. It will feel less real the more you get used to the thoughts. I find it helps to make fun of the thoughts then shrug them off so they feel less scary.
