100%. I wake up in the morning with dread and terrible thoughts and as the day goes on I start to feel better. It’s so weird. It’s like my brain has to wake up to convince myself I’m okay or something

@Overcomer I understand how that feels. it’s definitely fucking difficult but I think if you just do SOMETHING rather than sit in paralysis like I have before, it helps a lot to have the thoughts be quieter or even nonexistent.

what do normal people even think about? i feel like all i do is worry and fight with myself, for months on end now, i forgot what it feels like to think like a normal person

Does anyone just have absurd thoughts, and have such a hard time accepting them? OCD is tricky and how can I just accept this is how it is . I’m so tired of fighting myself. I have such a hard time accepting these awful thoughts about killing my daughter.
