I’m so sorry today was so hard😢 remember to use self compassion, especially in the really hard days💝 You are going thru a lot, treat yourself like you would your best friend🤗 maybe overtime your husband can learn more about ocd and what you are going thru, I think on the NOCD app there is a support group once a week for an hour for friends and loved ones of people dealing with ocd, I think they are free too💝 you are not alone, just take one step at a time, it’s not always going to feel this hard, you are going to make it, hang in there🙏🤗💝
