Can somebody explain pure OCD to me? What does it mean exactly??

Iam writing this about pure ocd from video I have seen " pure ocd is the name usually given when people have ocd but aren't aware of any compulsion, most people with pure ocd will use avoidance and mental rituals as compulsion " It's all going inside your head which more hard for me
