I worry that I’m going to go insane because of my obsessive thoughts about the begging of the universe/life. Or if I think about space. It terrifies me that I will lose my mind.

I used to fear this so much maybe not right now since my mind latched onto another theme but you're not going insane I've thought of these and still do. Yes it's scary but at the same time it's kinda interesting I think.
