Don’t try and push it away because it’ll come back ten times stronger. Instead focus on the uncertainty and let the thoughts pass. Also try and do practices that have helped with your other OCD themes. OCD tends to get sick of thoughts that no longer bother you and grab onto a new one. Try and relax and do things that help you feel better!
