I think one of the huge things that triggers my OCD is seeing all the bad in this world. Something I’m trying to now is really focus on the good. Because yes there is a lot of hate in this world and if I want to be the good I have to focus on the good!

i’m in the same exact boat. i was just triggered because of everything going on and how upsetting it is, and i realized too that in order for there to be good people, we have to actively focus on the good!! that’s what i’m doing right now, trying to be a light in an otherwise dim (for now) world

As believers we ARE the light. You're going through this will refine you and make you stronger. You will become a warrior who can help others through this as well. When OCD hits me hard, I tell the devil he messed up and come on this board and spread encouragement. I share my story and spread the truth and gospel.
