Compulsions could really be anything so there is no list unfortunately, it really depends on your unique triggers and how you uniquely are responding. You might benefit by starting to carry around/use a "self monitoring" form first, which is just a simple piece of paper or you can even use your phone - take it with you everywhere you go for a few days and write down, as they happen and in the moment (not later on - you might forget), things that bring up anxiety for you and what's going on at that time. What situation are you in, what were your feelings before/during/after this event, and how did you cope? Did you avoid, ritualize, etc. What other compulsions did you do? Compulsions are anything that neutralizes or takes us further away from our threat. But some common ones that that I see often are checking, avoidance, self-assurance, and reassurance.
