I know the IOCDF.org website has a ton of great resources - personal stories as well as organized by subtype. It's a great, comprehensive list that has a ton of books as well as other resources on there as well, including but not limited to podcasts, groups, and other tools you can use to help support your OCD recovery. You might check the OCD hashtags on instagram to find advocates and see what books they're recommending! Instagram is a great place for the OCD community, building and sharing resources, and bridging the gap when you are unable to afford or access formal therapy. Hope this helps!
Thanks!
