going through the same thing, and going on vacation with my boyfriend next week also. just don’t try too hard to make it perfect because it’s easier for ocd to make things go wrong when you’re trying so hard for it not to creep up. sit with whatever feelings you’re having and try not to engage. that’s definitely easier said than done because i’m struggling with that too. i hope you have a great trip! know that you are not alone and you are so much stronger than these thoughts.
