Thanks for sharing! What are some things you do for ERP
So what my therapist had me do at first was write a list of things that trigger me, starting from the least triggering to the most and then we slowly start there. So I’ve had to watch videos that center around my theme, listen to a podcast (a few minutes at a time until I can listen for long enough without it being too Triggering) about someone coming out, look at pictures of attractive women, repeat things.
