Does anyone else here just feel super convinced that you're already "gay" or "lesbian"? I'm feeling really uncomfortable but I'm not too anxious which I'm worried about. I hate this so much. I'm trying really hard to just agree with it but it feels so uncomfortable. Sometimes I feel like ERP is just going to lead to me "come out" or "admit" that I'm "gay".

I really want to help you but I can’t tell you what to think. I was in the exact same position as you. Thoroughly depressed and felt like the thoughts were true. I highly recommend you talk to therapist! It was the best decision I ever made
