I am in the same boat as you, you are not alone
The other day at work something very similar happened to me and a kid was really close and I felt the same feelings you described and was sort of in a ocd paralysis and felt like I couldn’t move
But remember ocd will make it feel as real as it can possibly get, and remember your feelings, you feel upset, scared etc. You don’t want your thoughts and they go against your values, you are a good person! ❤️

Remember that intrusive thoughts are not real. It’s not how you really feel, that’s why it’s intrusive!
You are completely fine and your ocd is just being a jerk. Think of it as proof that you’re not what it says because (a) nothing happened while you were walking, and (b) your resentment to your ocd is conformation that you didn’t want to do anything. You’re awesome and don’t let anyone get in the way of your happiness!

Though, your ocd feeds on reassurance, so I want you to believe in yourself more and not take your ocd seriously! It’s nothing at all to take seriously and you’ll feel a whole lot better once you know that!
