Okay, I’m in a spot right now where it feels so incredibly real. Like I really don’t love him. I really want to break up with him. And like our relationship is over and I’ve just been in denial this whole time. I cry and say I don’t want to lose him and then my brain is like yes you do. I don’t want this. I just want to feel normal again. But my brain is telling me I do want it. I don’t though. I don’t think. I’m in a very confusing place right now because it doesn’t even feel like ocd right now. I just need someone to talk to

@wordandcharacter Thank you! It’s calmed down a bit now and I feel a little relief. Without doing any compulsions (other than maybe this post but it honestly didn’t bring me any relief to write this) I think I was just highly triggered because he was in a bad mood haha
