Does anyone else’s HOCD make them think about childhood/puberty and if they ever had gay thoughts which means you must be gay?

Yes it’s a compulsion so when you catch yourself doing it just try to stop yourself

i get reminded of literally the gayest things i did/thought as a kid. it really scares me

No but since I could never get a gf or talk to females Its convinced me Im gay, I havent been unconvinced yet and its so scary, legit feels like I changed myself
