Did you ever go through a phase where you felt nothing and apathetic like you didn’t care even though deep down you know you do? But it’s like deeeeeeeep down

@cozycat Yeah of course. Mental illness makes you feel emotionally exhausted, it’s normal to feel numb often. This is why listening to our emotions is tricky, when you struggle with mental illness you don’t know what’s real. Many of us have been there you’re not alone

@Drvmstick Sometimes it feels like I just don’t love him. Like now it feels that way idk if that’s something other people go through. Like I feel like I don’t hear my inner voice saying I know I do anymore

@cozycat I know what you mean. Love is a tricky thing. We’re taught that it’s a feeling, and sometimes it is, but love can be boring. That’s why people say love is a choice. I’d recommend you check out the awakenintolove YouTube channel and podcast. They’ve helped me out a lot. Alongside therapy of course
