We’ve been through a lot and felt like the relationship was starting to feel fake. Like we couldnt do or say certain things because it may trigger me and I think it really started to take a toll on him. He wants to be there for me but it’s hard for him to put his all in this and never knowing if this is what I truly want

I do but I don’t know if it’s for the right reasons. If it’s just what I’m comfortable with, if it’s just because I don’t want him to be with anyone else. We are like best friends and do everything together and always saw my future with him. But trying to figure out if I’m still in love with him is hard.

@greenteagirlz That makes a lot of sense. I really appreciate everything you said, it helped a lot. I’m not going to give up on this relationship

I feel the same in mine. I let my OCD overcome me and my bf and I broke up. But then I panic and started obsessing over not being with him and we got back together. However, it felt rushed and now I’m back into the same place I was in before, thinking the same thoughts you were thinking. I think you should give yourself more space and talk to your therapist more. I feel that it might help sort out your ROCD. If you decide you want to be with them again then if it’s true then you guys will be back together. If you decide not too then it might be good to be by yourself and sort out your OCD before getting back into a relationship. I just suggest not to rush in cause I did and I still have the same complicated feelings.
