Hi! We can't really speak to the efficacy of things like this, but what we do know is that by practicing exposure and response prevention, ideally with a therapist but could certaintly be done to some degree on your own, that is the best and most evidenced based way to be tackling OCD. Small and manageable steps will help get you there. You can do it and we are here if you need additional support!
