I know it’s hard, but dreams mean absolutely nothing. Dreams only show what you’ve been thinking about lately, and your ocd has made a guest appearance. They are not true at all. No matter how real they feel. I’m very sorry you’re having these dreams. Try to do some reading, listen to something relaxing, or anything else that will make you happy before you go to bed. It might help. You can even listen to something while you’re sleeping and see if that helps!
