@raj123 You both feel anxious because you’re putting too much pressure on yourselves. Your ocd is trying to make you freak out and make you think you’re somebody you’re not. And that makes you panic and try to deny them as much as possible. But, that will only make it worse. All you need to do is breath, relax, accept the uncertainty your thoughts give you, and let them go without questioning them. It’s all an ocd lie and you are not in denial whatsoever!
