I booked an appointment with an NOCD therapist. I’m a bit worried that the psychologist will say that I don’t have OCD.. Is this normal? Thanks! 😇

Very normal. Part of this disorder is doubting you have this disorder. Bothered me for a few months but subsided eventually.
