That's how all my compulsions are. If I do them, I feel relieved for just a second then scared about what that commission was going to do. Then I'd I don't do a compulsion I think of all the bag things that could happen if I don't fulfill that compulsion (for me, it's texting my best friend about something I'm thinking)
