It sounds like you’re looking for reassurance. You might be, you might not be. Try to Accept the uncertainty that it could happen or could not. There is no other way to solve it. Compulsions and reassurance are not your friend. You’ll be okay no matter what. 😎
Yeah bro, I know we need to accept the uncertainty. But what if I turn out to be gay after accepting the uncertainty. I know its difficult but I just cant. I'll accept the uncertainty for about 5 minutes and then I'll again start saying that " I'm not gay" " I am straight " etc

@raj123 Hey I’m 27 and still struggle with this all the time. You saying “if I turn out to be gay” is still just anxiety and fear. You have to expose yourself to it. Say things like “if I’m gay, it wouldn’t be that bad.” Or “maybe I’m gay, maybe I’m straight, who really knows?” It sounds counterintuitive but it will bring you peace. Just try to expose yourself to the fear
This what I fear too. The fear of if you accept the uncertainty the thing you were fearing will become a reality
