I don’t really know how to do that

@cozycat That means not posting, don’t analyze/review/ruminate, have a “tool box” of things to do when you’re anxious or have a thought like read a book, craft, sing, whatever your hobby is, call a friend, go for walk, something that isn’t purposely hiding the thoughts but saying okay I’m gonna do this and the thoughts just gonna chill there and I’m not gonna interact

@Justmesadly So don’t interact and don’t follow through with what it’s saying? I’ve been dealing with this for like 4 months since we moved and it keeps making me think I’m looking for ways out. Hard to tell it’s ocd now because I don’t feel physical anxiety. Which is also medication mixed involved. It just keeps feeling like I know I don’t love him and when I say it out loud it feels even more real
