stop trying to convince yourself you didn’t do it because you will never be 100% sure. No matter how bad the thought is tell yourself “ Maybe i did Maybe i didn’t “ and try your hardest to get comfortable with uncertainty

hi hun. this is one my biggest themes i struggle with. i’ve been dealing with this theme for so long and i’ve had so many episodes of them this month. it’s very scary and feels so real. it comes to the point where i have ro accept rhe thought. just like kaii said, “maybe, maybe not.” the more we step back from the fear and take away some of the power, that’s how we can move on. the less you think about it; the less it will feel so strong. hang in there 🤍
