Can we have hocd without anxiety I got alot of anxiety in the start It's been 4 months now and the anxiety is gone/very minimum. Please help

@raj123 yes. and sometimes no thoughts. like today. it's like i am faking all of these compulsions and thoughts to prove i have ocd

@Lilyrosalynd I'm having it since 4 months I guess. I still dont know the reason how I got hocd
