What does it mean if you experienced a groinal response before you even suffered from OCD?? I remember getting a random groinal response when I was 14 like why??

It just happens, especially at 14, out hormones our fires up and we’re going through puberty, everyone has had this happen, it most certainly doesn’t define you now, you’re good
