I’m sorry you’re feeling so exhausted. Fighting something like OCD can definitely feel overwhelming. When we feel like we can’t have a normal day, we sometimes have to focus on little moments instead. Those tiny seconds between those OCD thoughts. The more you practice ERP, the longer those moments become. In the meantime, maybe you could try practicing some self-compassion and validating the big emotions you’re feeling. You aren’t alone!
