For me it comes and goes in phases some days are bad and some better than the rest but ocd is never easy. I don’t even think about not being anxious anymore at least thats what i think or convince myself of and it’s annoying to the point where i don’t know what to do the thought come i act disgusted sometimes but then be like was I actually and sometimes i am actually not so idk how to take anything that comes to my mind anymore. I am just tires
Oh yes same! If a thought comes I am automatically disgusted but idk if that’s because I am actually disgusted, or just pretending to be so I don’t have to face it
