I love reading, watching TV. Spending time with my dog
If it's nice try going to walks when you can with your dog. Also when you watch tv make it extra special like get cozy and get some popcorn anything soothing
Everything you do make it extra cozy cause when we are with a person who we care about it gives off a certain chemical in our brain and we can actually go through withdrawals
just do anything that puts a smile on your face and do everything with extra coziness .. even hugging yourself can stimulate those chemicals the brain gives off when we touch another person
